Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it in it's original condition within 30 days and we will gladly exchange it or give you a refund.

How do I return an item?
Please ensure that the item is it's original condition, unwashed and unworn and create a return by logging into your account. *Please keep in mind return shipping for a different size or style will be your responsibility. Of course, if we screw up we'll send you a return shipping label.

  • Select "Complete Orders"
  • Click The Return Item(s) Button
  • Follow The Instructions Given

We'll notify you via E-Mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item as quickly as we can. 

How long do refunds/exchanges take to process?
There are several variables with returning, exchanging and refunding orders. The amount of time it takes for the item to be delivered to us depends on the shipping method you choose and the refund process can take several days depending on your bank, it's country and non banking days e.g. weekends and holidays.

Once the item has arrived at our warehouse we process refunds and exchanges within 3 days, however please allow transit time to us and please allow your bank time to process the refund (up to 7 days).

We will communicate and send you a message once the item is received and when we process your refund or ship the exchange.
